Are there any health and safety guidelines?

Your health and safety are our top priority! ATA and the host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, are prioritizing the safety and well-being of onsite attendees.

  • All in-person attendees MUST provide proof that they are fully vaccinated OR have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours prior to checking in at conference registration. ATA will accept a digital version as proof of vaccination or negative test result.
  • Masks are required for unvaccinated guests and highly recommended for vaccinated guests.
  • ATA will provide colored wrist bands for attendees to indicate attendees’ personal comfort with physical contact and social distancing.

ATA will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Hyatt Company. See current guidelines.

 

What are the technical requirements to attend?

To access the virtual portal, Google Chrome must be set as your default browser. The virtual portal is also fully functional on any mobile device that supports Google Chrome.

 

What is the time zone for the schedule?

The schedule is in US Central Daylight Time (CDT).

 

How do I access the virtual portal?

A link to the virtual portal will be sent to you approximately one week before the conference.

 

Which sessions will be recorded for the ATA62 Annual Conference?

All 120 educational sessions will be recorded for convenient and flexible on-demand playback. Access to these sessions will be included in your three-day registration and available during and after the conference. Advanced Skills and Training (AST) session recordings will only be available to AST registered attendees.

NOTE: ATA cannot guarantee that all sessions will be included due to unforeseen issues.

 

Is there a conference app or printed conference program?

ATA will not be using a separate conference app or printing a conference program. All attendees will use the virtual portal for all conference information.

 

Where do I find information on Continuing Education Credits?

I have questions about my registration or would like to purchase an Advanced Skills and Training (AST) Day Session. Whom should I contact?

What if I have to cancel my conference registration?

Requests received in writing by October 1 are eligible for a refund, subject to a $25 fee. Refunds will not be honored after October 1, even in the case of changes/cancellations.

If you change IN PERSON to VIRTUALLY by October 25, ATA will reimburse the difference with no fee.
