Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any health and safety guidelines?

Your health and safety are our top priority! We and our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, are prioritizing the safety and well-being of onsite attendees.

  • All in-person attendees MUST provide proof that they are fully vaccinated OR have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours prior to checking in at conference registration. ATA will accept a digital version as proof of vaccination or negative test result.
  • Masks are required for unvaccinated guests and highly recommended for vaccinated guests.
  • ATA will provide colored wrist bands to attendees to indicate attendees’ personal comfort with physical contact and social distancing.

We'll continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Hyatt Company. See current guidelines.
